Cancellation policy
A deposit must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. The deposit amount is 25% of the rental price. The deposit must be received by Rentals Egmond within 1 week / 7 days of the date of confirmation. The remaining amount must be received by Rentals Egmond no later than 6 weeks / 42 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 42 calendar days (exclusive) before the arrival date: 25%;
for cancellations from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60%;
for cancellations from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90%;
For cancellations on the day of arrival or later: 100%.

Prachtig appartement, compleet en smaakvol ingericht. Ik kom graag in Egmond aan Zee, al jaren kom ik in Egmond, is beetje thuiskomen. Voelde me ook fijn in het appartement. Vriendelijke mensen overal, ontspannen sfeer en leuke winkels. Ik was niet eerder in september, er was nog van alles te doen in het dorp. Heerlijk gefietst en gewandeld, genoten van de mooie omgeving en ik had geluk. met het weer.
