Cancellation policy
A deposit must be paid upon conclusion of the contract. The deposit amount is 25% of the rental price. The deposit must be received by Rentals Egmond within 1 week / 7 days of the date of confirmation. The remaining amount must be received by Rentals Egmond no later than 6 weeks / 42 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 42 calendar days (exclusive) before the arrival date: 25%;
for cancellations from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60%;
for cancellations from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90%;
For cancellations on the day of arrival or later: 100%.

Die Lage und die Größe und Art des Appartments. Ein Wein zum Willkommen und die Ausstattung. Es ist einfach ein- und auszuchecken. Die Ausstattung ist auch besser als in den Vorjahren (Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spüli, etc.).

Die Küche hatte alles was man sich wünscht, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion.
