The holiday home is in close proximity to the golf course (about 800 m), the Kaiserbad (about 800 m), the ski lift (about 70 m), and so on.
From skiing, tobogganing, ... to golfing, horse riding, hiking, climbing, cycling, etc., there is plenty to do.
The Goinger bathing lake is an experience for both young and old. Many eateries/restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance. Kitzbühel is only about 8 km from the house.
