Holiday destination
Our vacation apartment is idyllically located directly on the Achterwasser lagoon and the Balmer See golf course. Surrounded by green lake scenery, you can enjoy peace, space, and pure nature. Walks, bike rides, and hikes start right from the house. You can set off on your SUP from our own jetty. Golfers can reach the tees in just a few minutes. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the imperial spas with cafés, restaurants, and shopping facilities are just a short drive away. Mellenthin Castle is within walking distance (approx. 4.5 km), and the beaches in Bansin or Heringsdorf can be reached by bike. Perfect for relaxation, activity, and enjoyment. Also worth a visit in autumn or winter!
Getting there
From Hamburg by car: take the A20, then you leave the railway and take the departure no. 27, direction Usedom, over the bridge "Zecherin" you reach the Island (B110 and then B111), direction Balm. Follow the signs to the golf course. The last two houses on the left side, directy at the water, are the "residence". We will welcome you at the reception in house "A".

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im sogenannten Fitnessraum waren zwei von drei Geräten defekt und wurden auf Anfrage auch nicht instand gesetzt.

Auf der Suche nach einer kleinen Auszeit sind wir auf Usedom in dieser hübschen kleinen Wohnung gelandet, genau der richtige Ort um der Hektik und dem Stress des Alltags zu entfliehen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ob lange Wanderungen bei strahlendem Sonnenschein durch die wunderschöne Natur, eine Tasse Kaffee und ein Stück Kuchen am Ostseestrand, ein Abendessen beim Sonnenuntergang oder Entspannen in der hauseigenen Saunalandschaft wenn es draußen ungemütlich kalt und regnerisch wird - für uns war es genau die richtige Mischung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben hier sehr gemütliche und erholsame Stunden verbringen dürfen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
