Cancellation policy
Deposit at the time of booking in the amount of 30% of the booking price
Final payment 4 weeks before arrival. The refundable deposit of 300€ is due at the time of key collection, as well as any costs for pets.
Travelers who cancel at least 35 days before arrival will receive 100% of the amount paid so far. No refund can be made if cancelled 34 or less days prior to arrival. (Exception in the case of replacement booking or rebooking)
All cancellations must be made by 11:59 p.m. in the time zone of the respective property in order to meet the cancellation conditions.
If the arrival is not made within 24 hours of the start of the rental, the booking will be understood as a no-show.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Wir hatten das Haus als Familie mit 3 Kindern und einem Hund gemietet.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einer leckeren Brotzeitplatte überrascht.
Es ist ein traumhaftes Anwesen. Das Haus ist mit ganz viel Liebe und hervorragenden Geschmack eingerichtet. Der riesige, komplett eingezäunte Garten mit Außenpool war für uns und unseren Hund einfach nur perfekt. Durch die zentrale Lage des Hauses waren die umliegenden Strände und Städte mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, was vor allem Karola und Josef mit ihrer offenen und herzlichen Art zu verdanken war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Haus von Karola und Josef. Das Haus liegt ruhig und idyllisch, bietet in Ausstattung und Größe, genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben - es fehlte an nichts. Alles ist modern, gepflegt und blitzsauber. Besonders der großzügige, liebevoll angelegte Garten mit dem traumhaften Pool war für uns Entspannung pur. Das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück war ideal für unseren Hund, um sich frei zu bewegen und jederzeit seinen Freiraum zu genießen. Karola und Josef sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber, die uns vom ersten Moment das Gefühl gaben, bei Freunden willkommen zu sein. Man spürt sofort, wie sehr ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Istrien ist ohnehin ein Traum - und dank Karola und Josef wurde unser Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
