The Estate of the Professor is located at one of the nicest sandy beaches of Sithonia.
Enjoy turquoise waters, powder-fine sand beach with a magnificent view on the Toronean Gulf and the first peninsula of Halkidiki, named after the goddess Cassandra.
The sea in front of the house is flat and offers fine sandy beach with no rocks or stones.

Getting there
Thessaloniki Airport - Psakoudia
The easiest way is to rent a cheap car rental for the duration of your stay on www.cars-greece.com (transfer directly at Thessaloniki airport).
You drive from the airport, on the only exit road towards Thessaloniki. After 800 meters turn right in the direction of New Moudania.
Follow this highway about 60 miles to the exit for Sithonia, right there towards Sithonia Nikiti.
Follow the road about 18 miles to the exit Psakoudia. (This exit is about 3 miles to Gerakini).
If you come in to place Psakoudia, follow the only road about 1 kilometer. On the right you can see an information sign with our advertising and a great sign "Tourist Information".
So your holiday begins.

Die Villa befindet sich an einem sehr schönen Ort, fast am Strand. Sie verfügt über einen sehr schönen Garten und angenehmen Schatten von den Bäumen, der vor der Hitze des Strandes schützt. Sie ist sehr gut für den Urlaub mit Kindern geeignet. Das Gebäude ist etwas abgenutzt und der Reinigungsstandard ist leicht niedriger, jedoch innerhalb normaler Grenzen. Ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Strand - ich empfehle.

Die Villa befindet sich am Sandstrand mit einem schönen Garten und einem herrlichen Strand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, der Garten und der Strand sind ordentlich und sauber. Im Garten stehen mehrere Bäume, die natürlichen Schatten für Liegestühle spenden. Die Apartments sind schön dekoriert, obwohl in 10 Tagen niemand kam, um zu reinigen, und die Handtücher nur einmal gewechselt wurden. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht. In jedem Fall gehört es zu den besseren Unterkünften in Sithonia.
