In der Sauna sind 2 von 3 Heizstäben defekt. Maximaltemperatur deshalb nur 40 C. Wenigstens hat es hier keine Bettwanzen wie im Nachbarhaus Villa Castagna daher ganz solide. Nur der Schimmel im Bad sollte behoben werden.

Der Schnitt des Hauses ist für 3 Familien ungeeignet, da es sich hier um zwei Doppelhaushälften handelt die nur im Erdgeschoss miteinander verbunden sind._x000D_ Jedes Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, wobei die beiden Zimmer im Dachgeschoss das Badezimmer leider im 1.OG haben._x000D_ Da es sich hier um ein Haus zwischen einigen anderen Häusern in der selben Größe handelt, bietet es sich an für junge Partygruppen. Dies war auch der Fall während unseres Aufenthalts. Teilweise laute Musik/Party bis 04:30 im Nachbarhaus._x000D_ Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist minimal gehalten. Für 12 Personen gerade ausreichende Teller und Gläser._x000D_ Die Spülmaschine ist alt und spült selbst vorgespülte Teller nicht sauber._x000D_ Die Schaukel bricht fast zusammen und ist schon mit einer Latte am oberen Teil provisorisch versteift._x000D_ Der Parkplatz am Haus, also innerhalb des Geländes, ist gerade ausreichend für 2 Fahrzeuge. Hier sind die Nachbarhäuser besser! Es gibt aber ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten am Straßenrand._x000D_ Außenbeleuchtung rund um das Haus hat nur spärlich funktioniert und konnte auch nicht durch den Hausmeister repariert werden._x000D_ Gut war die Anzahl der Sitzplätze für 3 Familien._x000D_ Das Treppenhaus ist breit und hat gute Stufen, die auch für kleinere Kinder gut begehbar sind._x000D_ Tolle Aussicht von den oberen Balkonen._x000D_ Fazit:_x000D_ An sich ein Haus was ok wäre wenn der Preis niedriger wäre._x000D_ Es war der 4. Istrien Urlaub in Folge und in diese Anlage wird es uns definitiv nicht mehr ziehen.
