Surrounded by nature, yet centrally located
The Ötztal Chalet is situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Sautens, nestled in lush green meadows – a place of peace and relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet centrally located. The stunning mountain landscape of the Ötztal Alps surrounds the chalet, providing an unforgettable backdrop.
The village center is just 100 meters away, offering a bakery, a local shop, and a supermarket for daily needs. The nearest restaurant is only 200 meters from the chalet. The Ötztal Chalet is easily accessible by car year-round, with parking available directly in front of the house.
Getting there
The drive can be made via the Fernpass or Munich (A12 Inntalautobahn) to the "Ötztal" exit. Alternatively, you can also use the Federal Road 171 (parallel to the motorway) coming from the Fernpass, which does not have any toll fees.
Continue driving towards Ötz and pass the shopping center "Ötztaler Höhe." After about 5 minutes, you will reach a bridge behind the Ötztal Information Center, which crosses over the Ötztalache River and leads you to Sautens. Take the first right turn and drive until you reach the tennis court/swimming pool. The road then makes a 90-degree turn to the left. Drive uphill, and after about 500 meters, you will reach Unterbergweg. This road merges directly behind a chapel on the right-hand side.
Turn there and enjoy the final 150 meters to the chalet.

Host informationIn 2012, after many years as constantly recurring guests and keen lovers of the Ötztal, we decided to build a holiday home, which fits into the lovely landscape of the Ötztal and adepts to the traditional lifestyle.
Our goal is, to combine the conveniences of the modern world with the tradition. In a way, where the tradition prevails and does not compete with temporary fashion.

Ein Chalet welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung des Objektes sind top. Meine liegen gelassenen Kleidungsstücke wurden mir mit freundlichen Wünschen hinterhergeschickt. Sehr gern wieder.

Ganz wundervolles, gemütliches, uriges und top ausgestattetes Haus mit heimeliger Atmosphäre. Der tägliche Frühstückskorb ist eine Wucht und super lecker, nur ungeeignet zum abnehmen ;) Die Bilder sprechen darüber hinaus für sich. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt.
