Cancellations up to 42 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. In the event of cancellation from 42 days before arrival, premature termination or no-show, the tenant has no claim for compensation if the room(s) cannot be re-let. However, the landlord will endeavour to do so in the event of cancellation. If the room is re-let, a handling fee of 5% of the total amount, but at least €35.00, will be charged. In order to avoid any costs in the event of illness, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Hanse Merkur. Holiday destination
Distance to the Ostseebad Kühlungsborn (3km) and Ostseebad Rerik (6m), Rostock and Wismar approx. 30-35km. There are hiking and dog trails in the immediate vicinity; and the beach is only a 3km walk away. Many beaches within walking or cycling distance.
Getting there
By car: Take the A 20 motorway to the Kröpelin exit --> direction Kühlungsborn. In Kühlungsborn turn left into Bastorfer Landweg, which will take you directly to Bastorf and the Gutshof. By public transport: Train via Rostock to Bad Doberan and from there with the Molli to Bahnhof West (3km from the Gutshof). or by bus 121 directly to the front door of the Gutshof (Dorfplatz). By bike / on foot: European long-distance cycle path --> in the direction of Bastorf lighthouse (only 500m from the Gutshof)
