Cancellation policy
Cancellation
The cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by mail or email). A cancellation is only valid if the tenant has received a confirmation within the deadline.
The following rules apply:
- Cancellation up to 100 days before arrival: refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation from 100 days to 28 days before check-in: the tenant owes a deposit of 50%.
- Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: the tenant owes a deposit of 100%.
In case of no-show or early departure: The tenant owes the full rental amount.
In the event of a cancellation by the landlord, any amounts paid will be refunded.
In the event that the property booked by the tenant is not or becomes unavailable, the landlord is entitled to provide the tenant with an equivalent or better replacement accommodation as determined by the landlord. In such cases, the tenant cannot hold the landlord legally responsible.

Due to its central location, Domburg is particularly suitable for day trips by bike to the Delta Works and the storm surge barrier in the Oosterschelde or the old towns of Veere, Middelburg, and Vlissingen.
Getting there
From Aachen/Cologne: take the Belgian motorway towards Antwerp, follow "Ring 2" then towards Bergen op Zoom/Netherlands, then follow the direction signs to Middelburg-Domburg.
From Düsseldorf: motorway via Mönchengladbach to the border before Venlo - motorway straight through to Eindhoven-Breda-Middelburg - Domburg.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, stets erreichbar.
Es blieb keine Frage unbeantwortet.
Die Wohnungen sind geräumig und die Küche ist absolut ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem.
Das Badezimmer in App C ist neu und wirklich schön.
Alles war super sauber.
Die Lage ist einfach brillant: super zentral und dennoch schnell am Strand. Die Strandkabine ist das i-Tüpfelchen.
Wenn Sie ohne Hund unterwegs sind, ist dies die perfekte Wohnung!
