20% of the agreed total rental price.
Cancellation up to 180 days prior to arrival:
30% of the agreed total rental price.
Cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival:
60% of the agreed total rental price.
Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival:
80% of the agreed total rental price.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival and in case of no-show:
90% of the agreed total rental price.
The cancellation fee is due immediately and without further notice to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation.
The landlord will promptly inform the tenant of any re-rental of the property for the period not used by the tenant and will offset any outstanding claims of the landlord against any refunds due from the tenant.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Our house is situated on a quiet, south-facing slope right at the edge of the forest. Several hiking trails begin directly at the front door, inviting you to hike, Nordic walk, bike, or simply stroll.
The starting points for the Rothaarsteig trail and the Winterberg High Trail are also within easy walking distance (200 m).
The Winterberg ski area and its network of cross-country ski trails are 6 km away. The Winterberg ski area offers fully snow-covered slopes with 14 chairlifts.
