"Haus Agatha" is located in the eastern bay of Lake Klopein in Southern Carinthia!
Feel at home in a house with a personal atmosphere. Our facility is especially family-friendly, situated in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, tennis courts, golf course, riding stables, mini-golf, and more.
Particularly on the approximately 1.5 km distant western shore of the lake, you will find bars, restaurants, clubs, and everything that promises a vibrant nightlife.
Getting there
Traveling along the A2 Südautobahn, take the exit for Völkermarkt or Grafenstein and follow the signs towards Klopeiner See or St. Kanzian. We are happy to provide you with information tailored to your specific route upon request.

Wir waren Anfang September für 12 Tage im schönen Österreich.
Unsere Ferienwohnung bei Familie Sauerschnig war für uns perfekt.
Die Wohnung war super sauber und es fehlte an nichts.
Die Terasse benutzen wir jeden Morgen und Abend. Die Ruhe ringsherum haben wir sehr genossen.
Zum See waren es auch nur 10 min Fußweg und den Klopeiner See kann man nur empfehlen.
Die Vermieter haben uns gute Tipps gegeben für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.
Alles in allen, wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder, Familie Sauerschnig !

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der schönen gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse verbracht. Durch den Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und die elektrischen Jalousien war das nächtliche Durchlüften bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Dank der vielen guten Tipps von Frau Sauerschnig haben wir schöne Radtouren und Ausflüge gemacht, nette Restaurants kennengelernt und den Klopeiner See bei freier Strandbenutzung genossen.
Vielen Dank auch nochmal für die schnelle Vermittlung eines Arzttermins bei einer kleinen Verletzung, so dass der Urlaub ungetrübt weitergehen konnte.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Gegend und Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
