Holiday destination
The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the ski station and is therefore a perfect starting point for direct hiking opportunities in our beautiful mountain landscape.
Additional cycle paths and footpaths for long bike tours and walks also ensure a varied and relaxing holiday.
The cross-country ski trail from the ski stadium can also be used in winter. The Garmisch-Classic ski area is just 10 minutes away by car.
There is also a bus stop and a drinks market a 2-minute walk away.
Another 10-15 minutes on foot will take you to the center with further shopping opportunities.
Getting there
Arrival by car via the B2. After the tunnel stay on the road towards Partenkirchen. Stay on the main road through the district. Either you turn directly into Dreitorspitzstraße or turn right at the “Orterer” drinks market into the side street “Alpenstrasse”. At the end of the street you will find your destination, the corner house at Dreitorspitzstraße 47. You can also take the train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung Leni für unseren Skiurlaub in der Winterferien 2025 und 2026 besucht.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Die Skisprungschanze ist ca. 600 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Besitzerin ist sehr lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die geräumige Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Außerdem bietet sie einen spektakulären Blick auf die Alpen! Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Zugang zu großen Balkonen mit atemberaubendem Bergpanorama.
Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher, und im Wohnzimmer gibt es Brettspiele für alle Altersgruppen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und modern eingrrichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich - wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen.
Dank der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Einfach perfekt.
