Located on the edge of the wide valley surrounded by the mountains, between Zell am See and Kaprun. Ski bus 70 m. Ski slopes and village 5 minutes drive. All activities in the direct surrounding: gletsjer, Klamm, Grossglockner, waterfalls, lakes, swimmingpools, animalpark, adventure parks , museums and much more. The scenic Zell am See by lake Zell and Kaprun are lively towns with nice restaurants bars bakeries and shops. At Lake Zell there are a lot of activities.

In der ersten Märzwoche können wir einen Urlaub im Apart Smitten genießen. Eine sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung, die komplett ausgestattet und zudem sehr kinderfreundlich ist. Zentral zwischen Kaprun und Zell am See gelegen, sind alle Aktivitäten bequem zu erreichen.
