Cancellation policy
If you cancel the agreed booking up to eight weeks (56 days) before the start of the trip, cancellation fees of 15% will be incurred.
If you cancel later, the following partial amounts of the total payment amount are to be paid:
- from the 56th day to the 42nd day before the start of the trip:
40% of the payment amount
- from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the start of the trip:
60% of the payment amount
- from the 28th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip:
80% of the payment amount
- from the 14th day to the 7th day before the start of the trip:
90% of the payment amount
- from the 7th day before the start of the trip onwards:
100% of the payment amount
The decisive factor is the receipt of the cancellation notice, which, for reasons of proof, should be made in writing in your interest.

Wir haben fünf Wochen im Casa Azul im Dezember/Januar verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der kleinen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und den Atlantik. Wir haben unser Frühstück dort am Morgen und unseren Sundowner am Abend sehr genossen. Das Haus ist vollständig möbliert und bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Urlaub als Selbstversorger benötigt.
Die Vermieter, Beate und Günther Liebetruth, sowie die Managerin, Tatjana, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir würden gerne zurückkommen.
