Cancellation policy
Travelers who cancel at least 50 days before arrival will receive 100% of the booking amount back.
If you cancel between 28 and 49 days before arrival, you will receive 50% back. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund. Nevertheless, the landlord makes every effort to rent the rental property elsewhere.
If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or Termination can only be made in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

The house is located in Arzheim, (Landau), nestled in the sea of vines of the picturesque Palatinate. The sights along the German Wine Route, the hiking and mountain biking trails of the Palatinate Forest and Alsace are only a few minutes away.
Getting there
Our holiday home "Wein & Wald" is located in Arzheim (76829) in the southern Palatinate and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
By car:
Coming from the north, it is best to take the A65 and take the Landau-Nord exit. Then follow the B10 towards Annweiler and follow the signs to Arzheim.
Coming from the south, it is best to take the A65 and take the exit 17 Landau-Süd. Then follow the B38 in the direction of Arzheim.
By public transport:
The nearest train station is in Godramstein. From there there are bus connections to Arzheim. Alternatively, a taxi can be taken from the train station. The distance is only 2.3 km and can be covered on foot in 30 minutes.

Durch Zufall haben wir im Internet dieses schöne Häuschen entdeckt entdeckt. Die Bilder haben uns sofort eingeladen dort ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Der Kontakt mit Frau Steinhauser war sehr angenehm. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schon bei Buchung des Ferienhauses Wein&Wald war aufgrund der Ferienhausbilder unsere Vorfreude groß, den Urlaub hier verbringen zu dürfen. Und der Eindruck der Bilder hat sich bestätigt hier eine außergewöhnliche Ferienunterkunft gefunden zu haben.
Neben den täglichen Ferienaktivitäten war es sehr erholsam sich auf dem Grundstück aufzuhalten. Wir haben dem tollen Garten, das super eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wüschen kann, wirklich genossen. Und als Sahnehäubchen, für uns als Saunaliebhaber, noch die Gartensauna mit Liegebereich zum Relaxen, beide mit freiem Blick in eine herrlich blühende Naturwiese. In dieser Ferienunterkunft hat es einfach an nichts gefehlt, besser geht es wirklich nicht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen dass wir dann wieder hier unterkommen.
