This well-maintained house is located 500 meters from Sampieri, a beautiful fishing village. Villa al Mare is about 250 meters from the sandy beach away.
Sampieri is located a few kilometers away from the baroque town Ragusa: 8 km from Scicli, 20 km from Modica, 25 km from Ragusa Ibla, 40 km from Noto. In about 12 km away there is 'Pozzallo'. There you have the opportunity to make a day trip by ferryboat to Malta.
Our house is located 250 m from the sandy beach and close to the small, charming town of Modica, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The location is ideally suited to undertake trips to Modica, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Siracusa, Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina, Catania, Etna, Taormina etc.. Nearby there are many shops, restaurants, etc.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in Talia. Die Wohnung war neu, makellos sauber und frisch, mit allem, was man benötigt, um den Urlaub richtig zu beginnen (Wasser im Kühlschrank, Pasta, Sauce, Kaffee, Waschmittel usw.). Es gibt keinen Grund zur Sorge. Die Lage ist gut belüftet, und es gibt eine Terrasse, um draußen zu essen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Für diejenigen, die keine Klimaanlage mögen, gab es einen Deckenventilator im Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem, und alles war gut organisiert und hell. Es ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und allem, was man benötigen könnte, entfernt: Bars, Tabakläden, Apotheken, Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Restaurants, Eisdielen, eine Bäckerei, Pizzerien und Imbisse... alles ist in der Nähe, sodass man kein Auto benötigt. Ich empfehle es jedem.

Wir haben hier 10 Tage mit der Familie verbracht. Perfekte Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht! Super Pool für unsere Mädchen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Perfekte Lage, um Südost-Sizilien zu entdecken… Ich würde zurückkehren!
