Cancellation policy
To confirm a booking, a pre-payment of 10% of the total price has to be paid. The final balance is paid 60 days before arrival or sooner. If the guest doesn‘t pay the final balance until 60 days before arrival, the property owner has the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and we are unable to offer refunds once a payment has been made. The booking becomes valid when the property owner receives the pre-payment.

Holiday destination
The apartment is located in a small peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by other apartments and local residents. Only 1 km to the beach, sea, hotels, restaurants, and other tourist attractions and facilities which are easily accessible by car or by walking. From the neighbourhood, you can easily drive to to center of Poreč or use a bypass to avoid all traffic and get out of the Poreč.
Across the street there is a "forest" where you can walk your dog during hot weather. Nearby there is also a playground for dogs, supermarket (Plodine) and a restaurant.
You can get around the neighbourhood by car, bike, or simply walk. Everything is close by and easily approachable. The grocery store, restaurant, coffee bar, and bakery are all within 1 kilometre of the apartment.
If you want to visit other towns on the coast like Vrsar, Novigrad, and Funtana, they are within 14 kilometres from the apartment and easily approachable by car.

Friendly and responsive manager, available at any time of day. He responds to all the tenants' needs. The apartment is clean, the air conditioning works well, and the kitchen is well equipped. The area is quiet, with a nearby wooded path where you can walk your dog even on hot days. Highly recommended
