Cancellation policy

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

In the surrounding countryside, you can enjoy wonderful walks and fully appreciate the beauty of the landscape. The villa is located very close to the remarkable natural phenomena of the Blue Lake, Red Lake, and the Green Lake, where swimming is also possible. The Imotski region is known for its wine production and rural culture, offering an excellent gastronomic experience. Here, you will have the opportunity to taste many local homemade products. An excellent traditional winery with wine tasting and a wine cellar is just a 10-minute drive away, as well as a beautiful nature park with the source of the Vrljika River, offering opportunities for canoeing and quad or e-bike tours around seven lakes. You can also visit Ranch Medvidović for horseback riding in Medvidovića Draga. Numerous pebble beaches along the Makarska Riviera, including Brela and Baška Voda, are only about a 30-minute drive away. Take a day trip to Makarska, where you can stroll along the harbor or enjoy the many bars and vibrant nightlife in the evening. The cities of Split and Dubrovnik are approximately 1 to 2.5 hours away by car. You can reach Mostar and Međugorje within about one hour by car. The waterfalls of Krka National Park are approximately two hours away by car.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und ist von Natur umgeben. Dadurch ist es sehr privat und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Es verfügt über einen wunderschönen Pool und ist mit viel Sorgfalt und Stil eingerichtet. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub wie unseren. Aber das eigentliche Highlight sind die Gastgeberin Katarina und ihr Mann. Sie waren immer ausgesprochen freundlich und haben auf jede Frage sehr schnell geantwortet. Bei jedem Anliegen standen sie uns hilfsbereit zur Seite, weshalb wir einen Urlaub hier wärmstens empfehlen können. Wir hoffen, eines Tages wiederzukommen!

Lots of little touches awaited us, which is always nice after long hours in the car. The house is tastefully decorated, there is absolutely nothing missing. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, a real plus are a large dishwasher and a large capacity refrigerator. The bathroom is practical and the presence of a washing machine was really appreciated with young children. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The outside... it is truly a feast for the eyes! The swimming pool and playground delighted the whole family. If you are looking to spend a wonderful vacation in a peaceful, intimate setting with no close neighbors, do not hesitate!
