Cancellation policy
If the rental agreement is not concluded after the rental contract has been signed, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price if you cancel 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, 65% if you cancel 3 weeks in advance, 80% if you cancel 2 weeks in advance and 100% if you cancel 1 week in advance, unless we can find a replacement tenant in good time. A processing fee of 40 € is always due for every cancellation.

Comments
The price shown to you is the final price. We offer an optional linen package (bed linen, shower towel and hand towel) at a price of €13/person. Please settle your bill with the cleaning staff on site, but order when booking. For bookings of three weeks or more, we offer the linen packages free of charge. If you are travelling with a pet, we charge a one-off fee of €20 per pet and a deposit of €50.00. Tourist tax (adults) included. Children are also included in the price. For organisational reasons, arrival/departure is only possible on weekends during the high season.

Cycling, canoeing and fishing on the Bodden waters, horse riding, walking, excursions to the famous beaches of the Darß and much more - you will never be bored. In spring and autumn, the cranes and other migratory birds give a ‘private performance’ on your doorstep on their way north or south.

Wir haben es genossen, in der herrlichen Natur Ruhe zu finden. Das kleine Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Der Blick auf den Bodden ist einmalig.

Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Einzig ein paar Kuscheldecken auf der Couch wären toll gewesen ;-).
