Cancellation policy
1) Rentals are only legally binding with the written confirmation of the owners.
2) Rentals start on the day of arrival from 3 PM and end on the day of departure at 10 AM.
3) Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday home may only be occupied by the number of persons (+ number of pets) specified in the contract.
4) Cancellation of the rental agreement by the traveler:
In the event of your cancellation, you are entitled to appoint a replacement tenant who takes over the existing booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case, no costs will be incurred by you. In the event of cancellation without rebooking:
– up to 6 weeks before the start of occupancy, the deposit made will be retained by the landlord.
– within 6 weeks before the start of occupancy, if the holiday home cannot be rented out to someone else, 90% of the total price will be charged.
5) It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance in your interest.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in La Bourdonnerie, unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus "La Pressoir". Perfekter Aufenthalt für zwei Wochen, und wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Wir sind gerade von einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in La Vacherie zurückgekehrt. Das Gîte war erstaunlich und perfekt, so sauber und gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Details. Es gab einen schönen überdachten Bereich zum Essen im Freien, eine großartige Liege und einen fantastischen, tiefen, warmen und entspannenden großen Swimmingpool. Das Gelände war riesig mit einem eingezäunten Feld, in dem Ihr Hund herumlaufen konnte.
Die Lage war sehr gut, nur 12 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem sandigen, verlassenen Strand, wo Sie Ihren Hund jederzeit von der Leine lassen konnten. Supermärkte und eine Patisserie waren ganz in der Nähe, und es war nur eine kurze Autofahrt zu einigen touristischen Gebieten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen, und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen großartigen Urlaub!
