Should you need to cancel your booking after confirmation, you must immediately advise us in writing to info@klickandbook.com. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us at our offices. Cancellation fees may apply. The cancellation fees and no show fees are displayed as a percentage of the booking price in the Cancellation Conditions. Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements. Cancelation conditions: If no cancellation, notice periods and costs are listed in the offers and terms and conditions of the owners or agencies, or are not otherwise mentioned explicitly, then the following apply: The cancellation conditions are as follows: Reservation cancellations notified 90 or more days before arrival: we charge 30% of the total price of the reservation. For cancellations between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total price of the reservation. For cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival, we charge 75% of the total price of the reservation. For cancellations between 29 and 1 days prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the total price of the reservation. If the traveller does not arrive at the destination or if he cancels the accommodation service after it has started, we will charge the full price of the reservation. COVID-19 conditional cancellations (valid until the end of September 2023) In the event that you book accommodation for a certain period in the course of 2023, you can transfer the period of use of the accommodation to another free period in the villa in question until December 31, 2024 in the following situations: Closure of borders - the Republic of Croatia or the country of your residence or stay; The right to cancel or transfer the period of use of the property is not recognized in other situations such as: Cancellation of the flight or other means of transport Self-isolation / illness / exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus Recommendations from the country of your residence or of your stay if you are not going to travel, i.e. without an express prohibition Rejection of annual leave by the employer Employer's travel bans.

Wer einen ruhigen, schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Kroatien (Istrien) verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa liegt am Waldrand bzw. mitten im Grünen. Also absolut ruhig und erholsam. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer mit Boxspring-Betten und jeweils eigenem Badezimmer vorhanden. Ein großer Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche erwartet Euch ebenso. Alles absolut hochwertig, stilvoll und neu. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll bis ins letzte Detail eingerichtet. Auch ist in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ein Fernseher vorhanden. Soundanlage (Box) für den Pool gibt es auch._x000D_ Wo wir schon bei einem von vielen Highlights sind - dem Pool. Dieser lädt zum chillen in der Sonne ein und ist ein echtes Träumchen. Das nächste Highlight ist die wunderbare Terrasse im ersten Stock, die ums ganze Haus geht. Abends hat man da einen richtig schönen Ausblick bzw. kann einen richtig schönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Auch dort sind hochwertige Sonnenliegen und andere Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es ist einfach alles da, was das Herz begehrt....Fahrräder, Tischtennis-Platte, Schwimmtiere für den Pool, Weber Grill, Outdoor-Küche mit Eiswürfel-Maschine, Aussenkühlschrank und Spülbecken, Aussendusche am Pool, in jedem Badezimmer ein Föhn, Handtücher für den Pool und für den eigenen Gebrauch, Waschmaschine, Trockner und und und :-)))...Man erreicht nach ca. 18 Kilometer den Strand (in Fazana) auch Pula ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Wie man unschwer merkt, sind wir absolute Fans von der Villa Elvita und wir waren ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal da. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Zu guter letzt möchte ich mich auch noch bei Ella, ihrem Mann und Jasna für ihre entgegenkommende und herzliche Art bedanken. Alle waren zu jeder Tageszeit erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Alles in einem wirklich Top!!!!!!

Die Räume sind sehr geräumig und mit hochwertigen Materialien sowie viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet — man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität und Komfort Wert gelegt wurde. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt._x000D_ _x000D_ Der Außenbereich ist einfach ein Traum: große Terrasse, liebevoll angelegte Außenflächen und ein atemberaubender Poolbereich, der zum Entspannen und Sonne tanken einlädt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls wunderbar — ruhig und ideal, um vom Alltag abzuschalten._x000D_ _x000D_ Absolute Empfehlung für Paare, Familien oder Gruppen, die Wert auf Komfort, Stil und eine tolle Außenanlage legen.
