Should something come up during your vacation planning, the following cancellation conditions apply:
3 to 1 month before: 40% of the travel price is due.
1 month to 1 week before: 70% of the travel price is due.
Last week before departure: 90% of the tour price is due.
Cancellations on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the tour price is due.

Our ecologically built wooden house is centrally and quietly located at the entrance to Hirschegg, on the way to the Ifen. Simply leave your car at the vacation home - shopping facilities and bus stops are within easy walking distance. Our unique location close to the ski slope also offers you the opportunity to start your day's skiing from the comfort of the house.
Ski on and off you go!
Getting there
By car: Take the B12 to Oberstdorf in the Allgäu and continue into Kleinwalsertal. In Riezlern, drive over the Breitachbrücke bridge and immediately turn right into Schwarzwassertalstraße towards Ifen. After approx. 600 m you will find our vacation home on the left-hand side. You can park directly in front of the house (2 parking spaces).
Snow chains may be necessary in winter.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende mit Freunden und unserem Hund in der Villa Heuberg. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und war bei unsere Ankunft makellos sauber. Besonders begeistert hat uns die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge - einfach ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Die Wanderwege sind hervorragend, auch für Ausflüge mit Hund. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen und machte unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

5 *Sterne Urlaub vom Feinsten, es hat wirklich an Nichts gefehlt, alles war sehr sauber, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist phänomenal, man hört das Läuten der Kuhglocken . Man schließt die Haustür auf und fühlt sich direkt wohl, alles ist durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben schöne Wanderwege erkundet und in netten Restaurants gegessen, Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Unsere beiden Fellnasen haben sich auch wohlgefühlt.
