Perini is a small village near the historic town of Sv. Lovreč. Only 3 km from the villa there is a small town of Sv. Lovreča where you can find a pizzeria, a restaurant, a café, a shop and a post office. Ein perfektes Haus für einen großartigen Urlaub. Alles, was Sie sich wünschen können, war vorhanden. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Pool mit Liegen, Lounge-Bereich und Essbereich im Freien im Schatten mit Grill. 3 Badezimmer (jeweils neben jedem Schlafzimmer) und ein Waschraum mit viertem WC. Schöner, komplett eingezäunter Garten. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleines Dorf mit Supermarkt und Restaurant. Sie benötigen ein Auto, um Istrien zu erkunden.
