Cancellation policy
In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.

The village of Gargas is a 5-minute walk from the house. There you will find, among other things, a family-friendly pizzeria with a playground, a bakery, a small supermarket and a pharmacy.
Gargas is closely linked to ochre mining in the Luberon. Gargas is the last village in Europe where ochre is still mined. The Mines de Bruoux, old underground ochre pits located just a few kilometres from the village centre, are remnants of the glorious years of the ochre industry. Their vertiginous cliffs with their flaming colours and a gigantic labyrinth of galleries form this unique and mysterious scenery where the work of man mingles with the beauty of the landscape.
