Wohnung leider sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Mieter über uns sind nicht gerade leise . Lage ist gut , oberhalb von Neustift.

Die Ferienwohnung war nicht gereinigt, voller Staubwolken, Spinnennetze in den Ecken und Haare von Vormietern in den Zimmern. Schimmel in den Zimmerecken (Schlafzimmer) und an BadflieÃ_x009f_en, Duschabtrennung defekt, Lampe am Bett war von Vormietern aus Wand gerissen - mit freiliegenden Kabeln... Einrichtung abgewohnt und schutzig (Flecken auf Polstermöbeln, Dreckflecken an den Wänden. Defekte Terrassenmöbel, Kühlschrank mit kaputten Ablagen, Dunstabzug verklebt und voller Staubflusen...
Die ausgewiesene Gästekarte ist NICHT die Stubai-Card, sondern ein PDF der Meldebescheinigung per Mail!
Diese Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert!
