You can cancel in writing or by e-mail. The landlord (or Trip To if authorized by the landlord) is obliged to confirm your cancellation.
If you cancel up to 40 days before the date of arrival, you will only be charged the booking fee.
If you cancel within 40 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged 100% of the rent in addition to the booking fee. Alternatively, you have the right to provide substitute participants up to the number of persons and pets stated in the confirmation. Should the accommodation be partially or fully re-let during the cancellation period, you will be refunded the difference minus the additional costs incurred.
