Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's disappointing for everyone if Villa Seewind remains vacant when other vacationers would have gladly taken the opportunity. If you are unable to commence your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation/ Termination - up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the rental start: 40% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental start) 100% of the rental price. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eingezäunten Garten. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden , was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Auch bei einem kleinen Problem hat sich der/die Vermieter/in sofort gekümmert.
