Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy:
up to 91 days before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees
90 - 31 days before arrival we keep the deposit.
Up to 30-15 days before arrival we charge 70% of the travel price.
From 14 days before arrival, no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the travel price.
Our money - back - guarantee:
In case of border closures, officially imposed hotel closures or a renewed lockdown by the government, we offer you as our guests the following alternatives:
1.) You rebook your vacation at the Veitenhof to another period. In this case, the deposit would remain with us and be used for the newly booked vacation.
2.) You cancel your vacation with us free of charge. In this case, we will of course immediately transfer the deposit back to you.
In case of border closures by the government during your vacation at the Veitenhof, you can of course leave at any time and the remaining booked days will be cancelled free of charge.

Holiday destination
The Veitenhof is a good starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and much more. Near us there is the Stuibenfall - the highest waterfall in Tyrol, the Ötzi village, a swimming lake and a bird of prey park.
In winter Niederthai is an excellent cross-country skiing area and has a small ski area for beginners and slightly advanced skiers. Also the big skiing areas like Sölden, Hochgurgl-Obergurgl, Ötz and Kühthai can be reached quickly by car or with the free ski bus.
Getting there
From Umhausen you drive 7 km up to Niederthai. Pass the church until the crossroads Info Büro then turn left over a bridge. In front of you is now a red building - continue until there and then turn left in front of the building. Follow this road for about 800 meters and you are already in the district Höfle.

In besonders schöner und sonniger Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Im Haus Angebot an selbstgemachten Tees und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Feiner Saunabereich mit Panoramafenstern. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber!

Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund und wurden herzlich empfangen. Ein tolles Hotel in bester Lage. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sauna, Spielplatz, Reitunterreicht, Kräuterwanderungen. Selbstbedienung im integrierten Hofladen. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir kommen wieder !
