Nearby are: golf course - Schwarzsee, cross-country slopes (sport slope, sun slope, illuminated night slope), bus stop, in a few minutes you can reach by ski-bus or by car the Fleckalmbahn (ascent to the Hahnenkamm - hugh ski resort as far as the Pass Thurn ).
In summer you can reach the lake "Schwarzsee" within a short time, a natural swimming lake with healthy moor water and its picturesque mountain scenery. Also the lake "Gieringer - Weiher" is in walking distance, a natural treasure in the Bichlach hiking area .
The cycle path passes directly by the house. Its a starting point or many beautiful hiking tours in winter and summer.

herzlicher empfang, sehr saubere Unterkunft, toller brötchenservice.
super Skigebiet, vor allem die fleckalm (auch für Anfänger)
kitzbühel, kirchberg, schnell zu erreichen.
nach zweimaligen Aufenthalt nur sehr empfehlenswert !!!
wir freuen uns schon auf underen 3. Urlaub im märz 2017

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen gemütlichen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen & sehr sauberen Wohnung!
Unsere Hündin Akira wurde zu unserer Freude herzlichst empfangen! In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, vom Handtuch bis zum Zucker- alles was man eben so braucht! Vom Balkon konnte man gemütlich sitzen, mit einem schönen Ausblick auf den "wilden Kaiser".
Der tägliche Brötchendienst hat uns sehr gefallen! Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen schönen Spaziergängen und Erlebnissen ein, welche schnell zu erreichen waren.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Danke für die schöne Zeit und die freundliche Gesellschaft!
