Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation up to 150 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully retained. The renter is required to pay 50% of the rental stay from 149 to 90 days before the start of the rental, 70% of the rental stay from 89 to 70 days before the start of the rental, and 100% from 69 days before the start of the rental. If the canceled rental period can be re-rented without financial loss, no cancellation fee will be applied.
