Cancellation policy
After a mandatory booking there will be a fee of 600,--€ starting with the date of bookkeeping entry when cancelled.
There is the following further scale:
· If you cancel the contract 120 to 92 days before the arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental price or minimal the deposit of 600 €
. 91 to 41 days before the arrival, we will charge you 60%
· less than 40 days before the arrival, we will charge you 100%

Kamilari is one of the most beautiful villages of Crete and is at the foot of the Psiloriti mountains. It is only 2,5 km away from the 20 km long Como Beach.
Kamilari has about 300 inhabitants, several very good taverns, cafes and 2 small supermarkets.
People who are looking for silence, quiet rural life, but excellent local taverns with good cretan food will feel comfortable in Kamilari.
Getting there
The most comfortable method is the arrival by plane. Meanwhile, Agean Airlines also approaches Crete in the winter (stopover in Athen).
An alternative way is the arrival by ferry, which is like a swimming hotel.
The prices will be quite the same.

Wir haben vom 18.10. bis 31.10.2025 die Insel Kreta (mal wieder) in vollen Zügen genossen. Für unserer Kinder (11 und 7 J.) bietet die Gegend rund um Kamilari viele tolle Ausflugsziele und so haben wir im Wechsel Strandtage mit tollen Ausflügen kombiniert. Von der Anreise mit Autovermietung und Hausübergabe bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt und freundschaftlich organisiert. Das Haus Seli lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, ein besonderes Highlight für Ende Oktober ist sicherlich der beheizbare Swimming Pool mit der traumhaften Terrasse. So konnten wir unsere Akkus vor dem anstehenden Winter nochmal so richtig aufladen. Vielen Dank an Familie Kirmaier für die erneute Organisation eines so tollen Urlaubes - wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir (dass sind mein Mann und ich sowie mein Bruder und meine Schwägerin) sind ein eingespieltes Team was gemeinsame Reisen angeht und waren auch schon mehrmals auf Kreta. Die zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus Seli in Kamilari waren ein absoluter Traum, das Haus ist wunderschön, der Garten, der Pool sowie die Einrichtung lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Der Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel sowie die Reinigung des Hauses nach einer Woche wurden von zwei sehr liebenswerten Damen durchgeführt, der Pool wurde in den frühen Morgenstunden gereinigt, einfach klasse.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
