Cancellation policy
Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:
Cancellation
- up to 60 days before arrival: If you cancel after booking, and up to 60 days before the day of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge.
- from 60 up to 42 days before arrival: From 60 to 42 days before arrival you pay 30% of the rental price as a cancellation fee
-from 42 days to 30 days before the start of the rental: cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price,
-within 30 days before arrival: you pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the total holiday amount,
- If you do not show up or interrupt your holiday... you will pay a fee equal to the total price ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellations or cancellations can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the entry is decisive Explanation at the landlord.

Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause, die liebevolle Einrichtung und die großzügige, gepflegte Außenanlage sorgen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight für die Kinder! Sie konnten den ganzen Tag im Wasser spielen, während wir es uns am Poolrand bequem gemacht haben. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Familien, die sich gemeinsam entspannen wollen. Der Grillbereich im Garten lädt ein, abends zusammen zu genießen, während die Kinder sicher im Garten spielen. Es ist so ruhig und friedlich, dass man sofort den Alltagsstress hinter sich lässt. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Toben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich, hat uns mit vielen Insider Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt und uns stets das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein.

The place was amazing. We chose it for the outdoors and the ping-pong table inside and we were very satisfied with that part. What we could not expect was to feel like home, in this amazing house where everything was there, so clean and useful just like in your own home. The owners were incredibly nice and helped us promptly with every kind of requests. They received us with a basket of fresh fruits and an offer of local ham and cheese, and also water, juice and local wine in the fridge. Also, we really loved the peace and the relaxation that a place like this can offer: you have all the property (which is pretty big!) for yourself.
