Cancellation policy
Article 6: Cancellation
1. In the event of cancellation, the vacationer must pay the entrepreneur compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date itself.
2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacationer and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of the period.

Sea and Beach:
Hop on a bike, and you'll be at the beach in 10 minutes. Or take a 30-minute walk. You can also reach the sea by car, but then you won't experience the wonderful smell of the pine forest in summer.

Directions from Alkmaar:
Follow the N9 towards Den Helder/Schoorl. At Schoorldam, turn left towards Schoorl. After 800 meters, turn right towards Groet. After about 2 km on the right side.
Directions from Den Helder:
Follow the N9 towards Alkmaar. At Burgerbrug, turn right towards Petten. After 1400 m, turn left towards Camperduin. After 4250 m, turn left towards Groet. After about 1700 meters on the left side.
