Die Betten waren von guter Qualität, aber für uns etwas zu hart. Leider war das Geschirr in einem schlechten Zustand: Kein einziges Teil war wirklich unbeschädigt; fast alles wies Beschädigungen oder abgeplatzte Kanten auf.
Ansonsten war das Haus recht sauber und verfügt über einen schönen, groÃ_x009f_en Garten, was definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Die Endabrechnung wurde von Pascale abgewickelt. Leider verlief diese Interaktion nicht angenehm. Sie wirkte unfreundlich und wich ohne klare Erklärung um 1 â_x0082_¬ vom vereinbarten Betrag ab, da sie angeblich nicht passend bezahlen konnte. Dies hätte problemlos im Voraus besprochen werden können. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich schwierig und war nur möglich, weil wir jemanden dabei hatten, der recht gut Französisch sprach.
Zusätzlich wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass die Betten wegen möglicher Beschädigungen nicht zusammengeschoben werden sollten. Diese Regel wurde jedoch nirgends erwähnt, während andere, recht strenge Hausregeln klar formuliert waren, wie beispielsweise das vollständige Ausräumen des Geschirrspülers und das Entsorgen des gesamten Mülls im Container im Vorgarten.
Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt mit positiven und negativen Aspekten, bei dem insbesondere die Kommunikation und der Kundenservice hätten besser sein können.
