Holiday destination
The beach which is 1500m faraway from Villa Vita spreads many kilometers on north and sought part of Istrian coast. On oposite site of the beach you can find Brijuni's arhipelago (national park) which is open for visitors. 1,5 km from Villa you can find Fazana, the old and romantic fish place with many restaurants and nice walking zone.
Getting there
If you arrive with car take exit from highway Vodnjan sought and take direction Pula. On third rotor take direction Fazana and after 3,3 km take right. Drive 500m take right and you will find Villa Vita.

Stayed here in August 2024 with 2 adults and our 2 kids (4 & 9). We stayed in bottom floor 2bed apartment.
Apartment is great - really clean and has pretty much everything you could need. Access to the pool is via the balcony and really easy so kids could get in and out easily and it wasnt cold.
The rooms are fine, boys boys slept well and se did we.
Markets near by for food and drink and the restaurant across road is really nice - but I would book as gets busy.
Comms from host were fantastic - everything went as planned and no issues on check out.
Highly recommended, perfect place as a base to explore Istria. Would be an amazing apartment if taking grandparents etc as they could stay in the studios.
