La Vancelle is a small, Alsatian village in the mid-Vosges, 400 m away. It is nestled amongst the south flank of the Vosges Mountains, which peak at 856 m.
La Vancelle was already known for its unique location at the start of the 19th century. It is a little paradise that sits like a gem in a natural amphitheatre, surrounded by magnificent forests.
La Vancelle is accessible year-round and is just a few minutes from the wine route, wine villages and the most important attractions, such as the Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg.
Getting there
Leave Autobahn A35 at exit 17 towards St-Dié - Ste-Marie-aux-Mines.
Drive through the town Châtenois towards Ste-Marie-aux-Mines N59. After 5 km, take a right towards La Vancelle D167.

Hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wie ein willkommener Gast. Eine wahrhaft wunderbar friedliche Umgebung mit einem parkähnlichen Garten, der bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll gestaltet ist. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und den köstlichen Vin d'Alsace. Wir haben den Beginn unserer Vogesenreise mit Ihnen sehr genossen.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Elsass und sind begeistert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts.
Der große Garten ist ein Traum, ein kleines Paradies für Mensch , ob groß oder klein und Tier.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und ihre Hündin Ouhna ist uns ans Herz gewachsen. Unsere Polly hat sich auch sehr wohl dort gefühlt, es war schön den Hunden beim Toben und Spielen zuzusehen.
Das Haus liegt ruhig, was sehr angenehm war, aber man ist schnell mit dem Auto in den schönen reizvollen Städtchen wie Colmar, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, Ribeauville oder Selestat und an der Weinstraße.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
