Other recreational opportunities
The historic seaside resorts offer many spa and wellness activities. Binz with its great beaches and promenades, magnificent villas and piers is about 20 minutes away. The world-famous chalk cliffs at the Königsstuhl are only 1 hour away. A ride on the "Rasender Roland" steam locomotive or the passenger ships are just two of the many other highlights.
Holiday destination
Göhren as a natural paradise & relaxation oasis is located in the easternmost part of Rügen on the Mönchgut peninsula and is one of the most popular spa and seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is just a few minutes from the beach - perfect for relaxing in a beach chair and for countless activities near the spacious forest or beach promenades. Göhren also has a lot to offer culturally with concerts & events, the Möchgut museums and many listed buildings and other attractions.
Getting there
By car via the Rügen feeder to Stralsund via the Rügen dam or the Rügen bridge. Then towards Bergen and via the B196 to Göhren. Depending on the season and timetable, Rügen can also be reached by ferry from neighboring islands or the mainland via the south-east coast (from Stahlbrode near Greifswald).
By train directly to Bergen or Binz. From there, public transport (www.RPNV.de) runs up to every 30 minutes in the main months in the direction of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. As an alternative to the bus, take a taxi from Bergen or Binz to Göhren.
The FlixBus offers long-distance bus routes throughout Germany and thus offers an environmentally friendly and cost-effective way to get here for your Göhren vacation.

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns ideal. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Waldpromenade um die Ecke. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Ortsmitte von Göhren. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist eine schöne, helle und geräumige Wohnung.

Zum zweiten Mal angereist und gleich wieder wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts. Für unsere Räder gab es einen abgeschlossenen Abstellplatz. Der PKW Stellplatz optimal. Auch die Lage der Wohnung erlaubt, fußläufig Göhren zu erobern. Ein kleiner Spaziergang bis zum Strand. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht!
All diese schönen Eindrücke haben uns und unserem Hund wiederum veranlasst, im nächsten Jahr erneut zu buchen.
