Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:
- If cancellation is made more than 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 10 % of the amount of the rent.
- Between 6 weeks and 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 20 % of the amount of the rent.
- With less than 6 weeks before check-in, the guest will lose 100 % of the amount of the rent.
In case of no show , the guest will lose 100 % of the prepayment of the rent.

Dies ist eine prächtige und schöne Wohnung in PoreÄ (Å padici). Meerblick, Blick auf den Innenhof. Neue Möbel, neue Renovierung. Es ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Dies ist ein wunderbarer Ort, den ich jedem ohne Ausnahme empfehlen kann.
