- Within the last 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price for the booked but not used days.

Getting there
The most comfortable route is via the Brenner Motorway - Brenner - Bolzano - Bolzano Sud exit - expressway (MeBo) Bolzano - Merano Sud exit - follow the signs towards Passeier Valley - Brunnenplatz - turn right into Passeier Valley - Kuens - turn right to the holiday apartments Langeshof
Tip.
In good weather conditions, we recommend the panoramic drive over the Jaufen Pass or the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road. The Timmelsjoch is open from about May to October - toll required.
The Jaufen Pass is open all year round, but at night it is sometimes only passable at your own risk. Please inform yourself about the exact opening times and the road condition of the passes before arrival.

Enjoy the peace and the magnificent view of Schenna and Meran. In just 5 minutes you can walk to the bus stop, local restaurants, and shops in Kuens and Riffian.
Give your car a break and use the guest bus, which conveniently takes you to the starting points for hikes, e.g., on the Waalweg paths or to the starting points for summit tours.
You will find it easy to forget about everyday life and recharge your strength and energy on our lawn or on the balcony.

Eine Woche waren wir auf dem Langeshof in Kuens (Fewo Löwenzahn) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der der Fewo ist zwecksmäßig und uns hat in der Woche nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber Familie Raffl sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Der Langeshof liegt super und wir konnten direkt los wandern und selbst Meran ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr einfach nutzbar und funktionieren wunderbar.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnungen mit herrlichem Ausblick. Mit Kinderspielplatz und Brötchenservice. Die Wohnungen sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und Familie Raffl ist für alle Fragen offen.
