Während unseres Aufenthalts stellte sich heraus, dass das Cottage nicht ordnungsgemäÃ_x009f_ gereinigt war, insbesondere die Küchenutensilien sowie die Schränke und der Bereich unter Sofa und Betten. Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche funktionierte nicht richtig, und die im Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig.
Darüber hinaus war die Zahlungsabwicklung über Belvilla Oyo und Roompot extrem intransparent; wir haben im Nachhinein viel zu viel bezahlt und hätten besser direkt über Roompot gebucht. Wir fühlen uns von dem Online-System getäuscht, aus dem es scheinbar kein Entrinnen gibt. Unser einziger berechtigter Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Cottage unseren Platzbedürfnissen entsprach und wir uns als Familie ansonsten gut amüsiert haben.
