Wir haben vor über zwei Monaten gebucht und kämpfen seither darum, einen Fehler in den Kosten korrigieren zu lassen. Letztendlich haben wir im Voraus bezahlt, nachdem uns versichert wurde, dass wir später eine Gutschrift erhalten würden. Zahlreiche Telefonate und E-Mails später haben wir unser Geld immer noch nicht zurückbekommen. Was für ein Chaos! Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten, da wir diese Geschäftspraktiken nicht akzeptieren.
