Ein geräumiges Haus mit guten Betten. Die Küche ist in Ordnung, aber es herrscht ein Chaos mit Gläsern, Tellern und Tassen. Es gibt nur ein Weinglas und vier Biergläser. Das groÃ_x009f_e Wohnzimmer ist ungemütlich und altmodisch. Der Teppich ist fleckig. Gerade dieser Raum ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das gesamte Haus ist veraltet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz anders der Ansprechpartner. Die Anmeldelinks waren falsch, daher erhielt ich die falsche Gästekarte. Er antwortet nicht auf E-Mails und ist telefonisch nur langsam erreichbar. Die Heizung war bei meiner Ankunft nicht eingeschaltet. Es war eiskalt, und ich musste alle Heizkörper selbst anstellen, obwohl sie im Wohnzimmer unter den Sofas angebracht sind. Man musste also kriechen. Es dauerte zwei Tage, bis das Zimmer eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht hatte.

Das Haus selbst ist ok, die Lage ist gut. Einige Betten sind unbequem und die Kissen nicht gut. Der Boden knarrt und weckt andere Gäste, wenn man nachts die Toilette benutzt. Die Klempnerfirma direkt hinter dem Haus macht ab 5 Uhr morgens Lärm. Die Badezimmer und die neue Küche sind sauber und okay, mit ausreichend Tellern und Gläsern in der Küche. Die Pfannen sind jedoch von schlechter Qualität und die Tefal-Beschichtung blättert ab, was ungesund ist. Man muss seinen Müll in verschiedenfarbige Beutel trennen; unsere hatten nur eine Farbe, aber wir haben natürlich sortiert. In der Küche gibt es keine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker oder Geschirrspültabs, also bringen Sie alles mit oder kaufen Sie es. Der Grill war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber, deshalb haben wir ihn nicht benutzt. Die Hintertür ließ sich nicht abschließen, aber das wurde am Montag repariert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ok, abgesehen von der schlechten Nachtruhe.
