Der Park liegt wunderschön, aber das Ferienhaus ist eher mittelmäÃ_x009f_ig. Das Sofa ist abgenutzt, und in der Küche gibt es kaum Stauraum. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng. Die Belästigung durch Feuerwerkskörper sollte eigentlich minimal sein, da diese nur in einem dafür vorgesehenen Bereich gezündet werden durften, aber daran wurde sich nicht gehalten.

Das Ferienhaus war bei unserer Ankunft total verdreckt. Nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten, kamen zwei Reinigungskräfte, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Sie waren innerhalb von 20 Minuten fertig; wir waren gerade im Restaurant Kaffee trinken gegangen. Keine Benachrichtigung, keine Entschuldigung, kein Angebot, den Kaffee zu bezahlen, und keine Entschädigung für die verlorene Zeit während unseres Wochenendausflugs. Bei unserer Rückkehr war das Ferienhaus zwar sauberer als bei unserer Ankunft, aber bei Weitem nicht so sauber, wie es hätte sein sollen. Angesichts der heutigen Mietpreise ist das wirklich schade. Auch bei der Abreise wurde dem nicht nachgegangen, obwohl die Dame am Empfang dieselbe war wie beim Einchecken. Was den Park und die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses angeht, ist es ein schöner Ort, aber der Kundenservice â_x0080__x0093_ insbesondere wenn etwas schiefgeht â_x0080__x0093_ lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.
