If the agreed upon booking is cancelled up to 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival, there are cancellation fees in the amount of 15%.
If you cancel later, the following partial payments of the entire payment are to be paid:
- from the 56th day to the 42nd day before arrival:
40% of the total fee
- from the 42nd to the 28th day before arrival:
60% of the total fee
- from the 28th day to the 14th day before arrival:
80% of the total fee
- from the 14th day to the 7th day before arrival:
90% of the total fee
- from the 7th day before arrival
100% of the total fee
Receipt of the cancellation notification that declares that you wish to withdraw from the contract with justification must be declared in writing.

But there are also lots of shops with clothing, cosmetics and gifts. There is also a great selection of restaurants at various price levels. 10-15 minute drive to various sandy beaches such as Tzacorte.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur. Leider ist die Zufahrtsstraße ziemlich uneben. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir ein höheres Auto bevorzugt, da wir den vorderen Unterboden beschädigt haben. Der Pool ist sensationell, warm und so groß, dass man darin schwimmen kann. Die windgeschützte Lage ist ebenfalls großartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet eine große botanische Vielfalt; es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken.
