Cancellation: The cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.
Cancellation by the contractual partner - cancellation fee
Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner.
Outside the specified period, a cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contractual partner is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price.
Cancellation by the accommodation provider
If the down payment has not been made by the Party in due time, the Proprietor may withdraw from the Accommodation Agreement without notice.
If the guest does not appear by 8 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival, there is no obligation to accommodate the guest, unless a later time of arrival has been agreed.
If the contractual partner has paid a deposit, the rooms will remain reserved until 12.00 noon of the day following the agreed day of arrival at the latest.
In the event of advance payment of more than four days, the obligation to accommodate the guest ends from 6 p.m. on the fourth day, whereby the day of arrival is counted as the first day, unless the guest announces a later day of arrival.
Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the contractual partner at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the accommodation provider for objectively justified reasons, unless otherwise agreed, by unilateral declaration.

The village of Bruck is located between Zell am See (4 km) and Kaprun (5 km) and is therefore an ideal starting point for winter sports and summer fun!
The glacier Kitzsteinhorn guarantees snow all year round. The beautifully situated Zell am See invites fishermen, swimmers, sailors and surfers in summer. You can also reach the newly opened Tauern-Spa in a few minutes. Best shopping facilities and several restaurants can be found near the vacation apartment.

Die Pension ist wunderschön gelegen, sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gut ausgestattet (es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Bügeleisen). Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An unserem ersten Tag erhielten wir eine Broschüre mit Rabatten für lokale Attraktionen und eine Karte der Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung während unseres Aufenthalts. Burg ist eine kleine, charmante Stadt mit allem, was man braucht (Laden, Café, Restaurant, Pizzeria, Skiverleih). Kaprun und Zell am See sind 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, und Saalbach ist 25 Minuten entfernt. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub; ich kann das Landhaus Anonia sehr empfehlen.
