Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Holiday destination
Near the town of Pazin, in the interior of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St.Peter in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.

Ich schreibe hier direkt aus dem Ferienhaus, leider geht unser Urlaub dem Ende zu. Villa Olea entsprach zu 100 % unseren Erwartungen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben auch gleich ein paar Tipps bekommen ,wo man mal hin gehen sollte. Dem Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Die Küche ist auf einem neuen Stand und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlage und Bad/WC ausgestattet.Außerdem gibt es eine extra Toilette. Die Betten sind sehr gut. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen TV, Handtücher für den Pool und für den tgl. Bedarf sind vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Grundstück ist mit einen Tor gesichert. Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend für Badespaß. Von der Terasse aus schaut man ins grüne und kann die Ruhe genießen. Sveti Peta u Sumi ist ein schöner kleiner Ort. Hier kommt man mit dem Auto überall hin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufweite für frische Brötchen oder was halt so fehlt.Jederzeit wieder gerne. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.
