Cancellation policy
Experience has taught us that things can always come up, and the long-awaited holiday may need to be cancelled or cut short at the last minute.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70%.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the travel price, and 100% in case of early departure.
