Holiday destination

Our apartment by the brook is located in the center and yet close to nature. From the house it is only a few minutes walk to the village square with all attractions. The entrance to the Schennaer Waalweg is also within a few minutes walk, the valley station of Meran2000 you can reach by car in five minutes. The bus to Merano stops at a bus stop just below the apartment, so you can also enjoy a car-free vacation.

Getting there

Coming by car over the Brenner Pass in the direction of Merano, exit at Sinich, then in the direction of Hafling/Dorf Tirol/Schenna (10-15 minutes from the main road). own private parking place 10 m in front of the apartment door. by train/bus: public train connections from Munich via Bolzano with final stop Merano. From there by bus every 11 minutes (rush hour) or every 30 minutes (off-peak hours) in 18 minutes to Schenna village. Alternatively every Wednesday and Saturday direct bus connection Munich-Schenna.

Host informationYour landlords are Tanja and Max Breitling from Bavaria. South Tyrol is our second home since 2015. In the Vinschgau in a secluded location, we also rent our rustic, 500 year old vacation home, the Koflhittl. With this apartment in Schenna we have now once again fulfilled a dream, quasi the counterpart to the Koflhittl: modern and central, but equally in the midst of the wonderful South Tyrolean hiking and skiing world.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung in Traumlage. Es fehlte an nichts, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf Schenna und die Berge ist fantastisch. Restaurants, Eisdielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Kontakt und Abwicklung sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, eine hochwertige Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft! In direkter Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Bushaltestelle und zwei super leckere Eisdielen. Im Sommer gibt es unterhalb im Dorf abends "Programm". Wir haben ein tolles Konzert einer örtlichen Coverband erlebt und auch die Blasmusik war sehr schön, die passte zum Bergpanorama (Blick auf Dorf Tirol und Richtung Meran)! Parken ist direkt am Haus möglich. Auch an heißen Tagen bleibt es dank der Rollos schön kühl im Appartement. Die Kommunikation mit Max und Tanja Breitling ist unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
