Cancellation policy
Cancellation and suspension of stay
(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: cancellation is possible
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 13 days before rental) 100% of the rental price.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellations or cancellations can only be made in writing. The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.

There are also national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour), SKYWALK in Biokovo Nature Park. Possibility to organize quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes just for you. In the area you can choose from many activities such as rafting, zipline over Cetina river in Omiš, horseback riding in Sinj, cultural events or nightlife in Makarska and Split.
Holiday destination
The villa is located in the small village of Vinjani Gornji, near Imotski. The whole area is full of natural beauty and a place with great tradition. This is a tourist paradise for guests looking for a quiet and peaceful location away from the crowds, cities and crowded beaches. It takes you a few minutes to drive to the Red and Blue Lakes. The numerous pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera are about 40 minutes away by car (Brela, Baska Voda). An excellent traditional restaurant with wine tasting and wine cellar is a 5 minute drive away. Nearby is a beautiful park with the source of the Vrljika river and the possibility of canoeing or quad biking. The Imotski region is known for wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer. Here you have a unique opportunity to taste many local organic products, enjoy the privacy, the hospitality, the fresh air and the beautiful landscape. The house is perfect for a nature retreat, for adventurers, lovers of national parks, hiking, biking, quad biking, canoeing.

Very well-maintained property, everything we needed was available, clean and tidy. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks, sweets, and fruit. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. The pool was perfect for our two families.

Alles an der Anlage war für uns ( 8 Personen ) perfekt!
Und als Willkommensgruß haben wir sogar eine sehr gute Jause bekommen!
Die Eigentümer haben in denn 10 Tagen des öfteren nachgefragt ob alles passt und zum Grillen war auch alles vorhanden(Holz,Kohle,Anzünder)
Wurde sogar nochmal aufgefüllt!!!
Wir möchten uns nochmal herzlich bedanken und werden sicher wiederkommen!!!
